GDPR Fines

A public record of GDPR enforcement across Europe — compiled by INPLP members

How a case gets into the record

Every entry here was read in its original language by a data protection lawyer in the jurisdiction it comes from, written up, and checked by the INPLP office before it was published. That is what makes the record worth citing — and it is why reporting is open to INPLP member firms rather than to anyone with a browser.

If your firm is a member

Sign in to the member portal and use Report a fine. Your firm is filled in from your account and named alongside the entry once the office publishes it.

The INPLP is a network of independent privacy law practices — one point of contact in each jurisdiction, contributing to a shared record like this one.

Spotted an error in an entry, or a decision that is missing? Write to office@inplp.com — the office follows up with the member firm in that jurisdiction.
