Maximum data storage time limits
A request has been submitted to a bank to destroy relevant personal data. KVKK rules here that banks shall keep the data for 10 years based on the relevant regulations on the sector and therefore decides that bank do not have to destroy the data. Authority: Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK)
