Lack of cooperation with the supervisory authority
The electricity company Iberdrola Clientes had declined to apply to a person to change electricity supplier, because it claimed that its data would be added to the solvency list. The AEPD then demanded information from Iberdrola Clientes about the option of including the person's data in the solvency list, to which the company did not reply.
