Non-compliance with general data processing principles
Healt data that belong to a patient who uses drugs under medical supervision have been exposed to third parties by the pharmacy that provides the drugs, based on no grounds for processing. The Authority has decided that the action of the pharmacy violates the conditions specified under the law, and ruled on administrative fine. Authority: Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK)
