In the second half of May 2019, on the notice board at the entrance to the apartment building without a legal basis, the controller stated in the document entitled "Creation and drawing of the operation, maintenance and repair fund (FPÚO) year 2018" stated the proposer's surname in connection with the information "returned stamps for action and refunded court fee", which was subsequently delivered by the controller to 32 owners of flats and non - residential premises.

Additional information

Taking into account the gravity, duration, number of data subjects (exclusively the proposer), the category of personal data concerned by the breach (ordinary personal data) and the fact that the controller did not obtain any pecuniary benefit, the Authority did not impose a fine.<br /><br />Measures:<br />The controller is obliged, in accordance with the principle of legality, to process personal data, in particular to make them available exclusively in the existence of a legal basis within the meaning of Art. 6 par. 1 GDPR.
