Non-compliance with the principle of data minimization
The Court has requested the data pertaining to an individual from a Data Controller, and the Data Controller has transfered more personal data than required. The Authority decided that the Data Controller failed to ensure the security of the personal data, and ruled on administrative fine. Authority: Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK)
