Failure to implement sufficient measures to ensure information security
A Data Controller has submitted contract samples to the employees of a company by means of e-mail. where it has written the names and home addresses of the individuals who are in charge of managing the processes on behalf of the company as correspondance address, instead of the company's address. The Authority decided that the Data Controller has failed in ensuring information security, and ruled on administrative fine. Authority: Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK)
