Crossborder Data Transfer Requirements
The KVKK has stated that personal data occurded from the mail traffic conducted by Gmail is stored abroad in different parts of the world and users of such services shall meet the criteria of crossborder data transfers of DPL. Authority: Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK)
